When did you start having issues with your email, on your phone? Have you recently changed your password for your email? Are you able to send and receive email through the Xfinity.com website?
Thank you for clarifying. We would recommend checking the settings by following https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/pop-imap-iphone and making sure allow access is turned on for 3rd party here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/third-party-email-access. Let us know if this fixes the problems with sending.
