Trying to check Email.
So I have followed the links it provides me to look at my email. Log in- Check email- but then it takes me to the Using and managing Xfinity Email accounts webpage. I've tried getting help from support but they just told me to come here. I spent 3 hours on call just trying to change my phone number and password to my account. Would someone please help me figure out what's going on and why I cant check my email. Both live agents ( Call and Chat ) said my account was active, so I'm stumped.
