Please note that with the email migration to Yahoo! Mail, you will need to reconfigure your Outlook to the Yahoo! servers after the transition takes place.  Since Outlook will not show you the verified emails, you'll need to check on webmail to make sure you don't miss the emails regarding migration.

Same problem here.  Also with 3rd part mail clients.  Fix this issue.  We are pretty close to switching to Kinetic so figure this out and tell us what to do to get your horrible email working again.

The engineers have found that there is a coding problem and are working on getting that fixed.  They are working as fast as they are able.  No ETA as of right now.
