Unable to access Comcast/Xfinity email, stuck in endless link loop

I am unable to access the Comcast/Xfinity email account I've had for years. I see others on this forum posting the same issue and it seems they only get a resolution when someone reaches out to them personally, and I see no options to submit a formal help desk ticket for this particular issue.

Whenever I try to sign in to check this email, I'm taken to the same page here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/account-email-information and directed on that page to log in here: https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/ where I'm given a loading page that reads "loading your email", then I'm sent to the main page here: https://www.xfinity.com/hub?cid=cust where I'm directed to click a link leading back to the original webpage. 

This is clearly an issue that others are having; I've tried using other browsers, other devices, clearing my caches on all browsers on all devices, using a third party app for email access, and literally nothing has worked. I only want to log in to this email so I can have it all forwarded elsewhere; it's been my email address for 2FA for years, so I desperately need access to this account to continue logging in to basically every other service. PLEASE send help, this issue is beyond frustrating.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 
• Click "Sign In" if necessary 
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page) 
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
• Press Enter to send your message
