Unable to access email
I have been unable to access my secondary email for about a month. The password contact email is one that I don't recognize and the phone number is not available. I was able to restore my primary email after an attempted hack but I am unable to access the accounts and identity info on the secondary account on which I am speaking. Thank you. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@dano714 Thank you for reaching out about your email. Sounds like you need to contact our Comcast Customer Security Assurance Team. You can reach them by calling 1-800-XFINITY and then ask to be transferred to them directly.
