unable to access email

I am unable to access my comcast.net email from webmail. When I login, I am taken to an email support page. Perhaps my email was deactivated  because I never logged in ? This is my first time trying after 3-4 yrs.

@user_ta3puh You would lose access after not logging in for 90 days. You can submit a request to get access back at spa.xfinity.com under the postmaster option. This goes to our Customer Security Assurance team. They might be able to get the access back.
