Unable to access my email

Since March 28 I am unable to access my email account [Edited: "Personal Information"]. I am told it doesn't exist, but I've been using it for 20 or more years.  I do not know what a "forums account" is.  Two minutes ago I  changed my password as requested and received a message stating "You cannot use a comcast.net or xfinity.com email."
