Unable to connect to Xfinity email using Outlook 365

Yesterday I was able to access my email using Outlook 365, not today. Instead, I'm getting a popup window asking for password. I changed my password, I can access my Xfinity emails using Xfinity Connect via web. I have 4 Xfinity email accounts, only one is not working. I even removed IMAP account in Outlook, rebooted, recreate the account, still not able to connect.(attached picture)

Hello reggiefl18. When switching from IMAP to POP, please follow these directions;

 

Select File and then Account Settings.
Select your Comcast.net email account and then click Change....
Microsoft Outlook Account Settings screen.

Confirm that the account type is POP and then click More Settings.
Change Account screen in Microsoft Outlook.

Click the Advanced tab and check the Leave a copy of messages on the server checkbox. Then, click OK.
