Unable to receive Comcast email

I have not received any email for 3 weeks and I have received emails for many years with this address

Oh no, @user_tl1pim I'm very sorry to hear that you have not received any email for the past 3 weeks. You came to the right place for assistance. Is there a certain sender that you are not getting any emails from or are you not getting any emails at all? Have you checked your spam or junk folder and other email folders to see if the emails were filtered there? Also, verify that the senders have the correct email address and that your email account is not full.-Richard

In webmail make sure that Auto Forward is not enabled.  Click on the gear icon then Email Settings.
