Unable to receive email on phone and web
I am unable to receive my comcast email. On my mobile devices I get an error stating the account is temporarily unavailable. I cannot receive my email through the xfinity website either. On the webmail it states the connection timed out. My internet connection is fine. I have logged out of all things, restarted devices etc and nothing is working. My husbands account is working fine. Any suggestions on what else to try?
