Unable to receive emails from Lyft
for the past 8 months I have not been able to receive emails from Lyft. When I change my email on the lyft app the verification email never arrives. I have contacted lyft support and they do not see a problem on their side. they use several addresses
all of which are pretty normal commercial email addresses. There are in the safe sender list and there are no rules that apply to these addresss that I can find.
What it is the cause of this s problem and how can it be rectified?

Hello, doctorjay! Thank you for taking the time to post in the Xfinity Forums. We can definitely help you figure out what is going on with those emails. Have you checked your spam/junk folder? Also, are you using Xfinity.com to check your email or a 3rd-party email client?
