Unable to reset secondary accounts password

I'm a former Xfinity employee and customer but have moved into a non-serviceable area.  I kept my 3 xfinity email accounts active.  Since a recent security issue Comcast has forced a password reset of my primary & secondary accounts but I'm unable to perform it on the secondary accounts.  When attempting to reset the 2 secondary accounts it says to have the primary account do it but the manage users option is not there for me due to the fact that I am no longer an active customer.   There appear to no self help options to reset the account passwords without the option enabled under the master?

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
