Unable to send email from my Outlook client on the Mac

This seems to have started in July 2024. Every time I try to send an email, to any address, I get the following error:

5.2.0 cPpUs099m10PpcPpVs7sxf DMARC Policy Enforcement: https://postmaster.comcast.net/smtp-error-codes.php#ODM00001

user_79q00j Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us here on our Community Forums. We would recommend that you reach out to our Customer Security Assurance Team at 888-565-4329. Since you are seeing this when you try sending email to any address, they will be able to check to see if there is something in place that is preventing you from being able to send mail and get it investigated for you.
