Hello, and thank you for reaching out to us here for help sending email, user_e6nsau. I know emails are vital, and I'd be reaching out too. We will get to the bottom of this! Is there an error code or message you're receiving when sending emails?

Are you getting any error messages?  Are you sending from our website or from a third party email app?
