Unable to send outgoing emails through third party (Outlook)

While I can receive email, I am unable to send outgoing emails through Outlook. I have checked the port and encryption settings, all are current.   I have contacted my service provider and learned no issue there.  I am only able to send outgoing emails when I log onto Xfinity

user_0wc7dg Thanks for posting on our Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with sending emails through Outlook. Is this affecting just the Xfinity email?
