Unblock American Family
Unblock email
I need Xfinity to unblock an email sender. I am not using an email client. I am using the Xfinity site. Xfinity is currently blocking all emails from American Family Insurance as well as others. I never asked for any emails to be blocked.
I have talked to American Family and they say that Xfinity put in an update is currently causing a ton of legitimate email to be blocked.
I tried getting a hold of Customer which this site is riddled with that being an impossible task. How can get talk to someone that can unblock email? It sounds like this is a recurrent problem.

Hi @user_2lo6jo, thank you for creating an official post on the Xfinity community forums support page. I know how important it is to have an open line of communication with your insurance company as they sure do find a way to send an email for just about everything. Our customer security assurance team may be best suited to help you out with this, you can actually visit their postmaster FAQ to see if you are covering all bases. If you can confirm that all settings are looking good on your end then you can report the issue here https://spa.xfinity.com/report.
