unblocking secondary email accounts

Xfinity has blocked our secondary email accounts.  We have changed the passwords as instructed since the hack, but now they are blocked.

Xfinity has blocked our secondary email accounts.  We have changed the passwords as instructed since the hack, but now they are blocked.

Have you logged into the website with these secondary accounts in the last 9 months or just checked email via a third party email client like Outlook or Thunderbird?

I have not logged into these accounts, they are on our Xfinity email page and I access them from there. Tech support was not able to help, even reading the tech manual.  Here is the error message I get:

The provided login data to access mail server imap.comcast.net seem to be wrong. Please correct them.
