undeliverable emails

A financial company has notified me their emails sent to my Xfinity email address are being kicked back as "undeliverable". I had been receiving emails from the company without issue for a long time. My Xfinity email is working fine otherwise, as I'm receiving emails from other companies, including statement alerts, plus publications and individuals. I contacted Comcast Security, but apparently all they did was erase the filters I'd established for spam. It didn't help. I would prefer to continue using my Xfinity email with this company. Are there any thoughts on what the problem could be and how to fix it? Thnx.

Update: I was able to prompt from the financial company an email that was delivered to my Xfinity email address. However, I don't know if that email I prompted comes from the same source the company generates alerts from (which are the ones designated "undeliverable"). I plan to contact the company on Monday to determine if the efforts of Comcast Security in fact did work. I'll post again with what I learn on Monday. In the meantime, any comments / suggestions are welcome.

Same thing is happening to me.  I'll call Comcast Security Assistance tomorrow to see if they can clear this up. Other forums show this has been a problem going back several years (!)

@XfinityDilary Thank you for that information. As it happens, I wasn't receiving email error messages. Instead, I found out from my financial company by USPS mail that their emails to me were returning to them as undeliverable. I read the letter twice thinking, how can this be? Anyway, as I just posted, the problem seems to have gotten fixed. Thanks again.

2nd Update: First the headline -- Success! I'm now receiving alert emails from the financial company. The Comcast Security person's efforts worked. The reason I posted originally that they didn't was because I'd been experiencing similar difficulties with a health insurance company -- not receiving verification codes to log into my account -- and I tried that without success right after the Comcast Security person cleared the filters. However, after trying to access my insurance company account without luck, I went to the financial company, performed a transaction and the alert arrived in my Comcast email. It's amazing how good that was to see. The Comcast Security person who helped was named April, so my sincere thanks to her for setting me right. The thing is, I still don't know why my financial company alert emails were suddenly undeliverable to me, because I'd been receiving them without issue for many years.

Hey, @seekingservice! Thanks for letting us know the issue has been resolved! 🙌 It's possible there could have been enough number of people reporting their email as spam that it could have been added to the blacklist. We certainly appreciate your feedback and will pass it along to the proper channels for April. If you need any further assistance, feel free to start a new thread!
