They keep sending me multiple emails per day. I move them to spam. I mark them spam and it's been probably a couple weeks and the email keeps coming. I looked at their site. The emails at the bottom are striked out and I cannot select to unsubscribe. I have never had something like this happen, ever. Usually the emails start going to the SPAM folder. It looks like they have found a way to circumvent my Spam box. How can I fix this? I don't use crypto. Never have.

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
• - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
