bth1 Are you getting that error message through our app, website, or a third party app like Outlook when trying to type the email?

@XfinityEricB

Thank you Eric,

I have Comcast email.  While typing, it just stops then in a few seconds it types in all the letters I just typed.  Then the it freezes up and that's when I get the message, Page Unresponsive, Wait or Leave Page.  I thought it was a problem with Comcast email but they are no help, especially talking to the computer assisted help.

bth1 We can likely help, but I'm still not sure what platform you are using that this is happening on. Are you using our email directly through our website, our app on a mobile device, or through a third party app like Outlook?

Eric,

It is on my lap top.  I use Google Chrome.  Everything else I use on the computer works fine and with reasonable speed.  I only get the messages when I am using Exfinity email.  I am not very tech savvy but I thought if I emptied  cache, cookies and what ever else it empties that it would help, it didn't.  It isn't all the time that this happens but at least once or twice a day when sending emails.  I am recent on any updates.

Thank you for your help

bth1 Thank you for making sure your laptop has all the updates installed and clearing your browser's cache and cookies. When you access your Xfinity Email through a different web browser, do you run into the same error? Are you connected to the internet wirelessly or hardwired to the modem via ethernet?

It seems like when I use Xfinity on Firefox I don't run in to that problem.  I hardly ever use Firefox because all my email addresses are located in the emails on Chrome.  I rarely use Firefox but I do have another email address  with Xfinity that I use when I contact friends I was in the service with.  I am wireless to the modem.
