Urgent Change MFA Email Associtated to my Comcast Email

Urgent I was just riffed (layed off) from my employer and do not have that email access. Unfortunately Comcast MFA is my Corporate Email. How/who can I open a support ticket to reset the MFA email (or add phone #) to this account. I can not add new logins to my comcast email. I need this ASAP as they will send termination information to my Comcast email.

user_cb068e Hello, and thank you for reaching out. I am truly sorry to hear about your layoff and can absolutely understand the urgency, especially if important employment-related information is being sent to your email.

If you're unable to access your Comcast account because the multi-factor authentication (MFA) email is tied to a former work email address, I'd like to see how we can help. Please send us a Direct Message with your full name and service address so we can locate the account and review your options further.

Once we receive your information, we'll do everything we can to point you in the right direction and determine the next steps available. I know how important it is to regain access as quickly as possible, and I appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
  3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.

For an example of how to send us a Direct Message, check out this link.

@XfinityChristy Thanks. Fortunately they opened the email backup up for a few hours, and I was able to change MFA and Add Cell Phone. Thanks again.
