Web browsing yes; e-mail no from home
Our internet works to a certain point: we can view webpages but can't send or receive any email through Mac OS or iOS devices on our home network. We can send and receive email via cellular service so our email hosting service says it is an ISP issue. Something to do with our IP address iirc. Please advise.

Please check to make sure all the settings are correct and up to date.
Also can you try sending an email from those same devices using Xfinity at connect.xfinity.com this link will reroute you to the login screen. I will wait here for your response.
