What does it take to get support to reply or fix my email?

Used the chat feature twice so far, and had a ticket "elevated" to the point where it would be responded to the next day.  This was several days ago now.  Still cannot access my email.  When I sign in and click the email button, it goes to Xfinity Connect loading email for a second, and then back to my.xfinity.com right away.  Tried in three browsers, mobile device, private browser windows.  Even gave the support people links to other forum threads where people had the same problem.  I guess I shouldn't expect to actually have an email account from them, so they shouldn't bother to send me notifications there.

Good evening @user_547077! I hope you are doing well. Thank you for reaching out to our team here on Communities. I am sad to read you have had issues getting assistance for issues with your email. Our team would be more than happy to assist.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? From there we will take care of you.

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
