https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/limitations-on-sending-email/ says:

The maximum size of an email cannot exceed 25 MB; this includes attachments, headers, text, formatting, etc.

Hi there @user_f51124!  Thanks so much for taking the time to reach out to Xfinity Support here on our Community Forum.  We are so glad to hear from you and want to help in any way that we can.  I do see that the answer to your question was provided.  Was there anything else that we could help with?

25 MB seems to be a flexible number. I had 22 MB rejected and even lower numbers. Now I strive to transmit .pdf attachments under 20 MB with no text. That seems to work consistently.

Hmmm.  Are you also having issues with sending emails with attachments @user_f51124?
