The Xfinity / comcast spam filter stopped working about a month ago. All spam is going to the main email address. This is effecting Everyone on comcast ! Thus can not be fixed by entering custom spam filters as they Do Not work either.
Gotcha! I'm seeing that this is a national issue on my end, but I'd be happy to take a look at you around to see if we can find some answers. In order to get started can you, please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
