Where are my emails

Trying to open my emails why do you make it so hard !!! Always wanting to selll and upgrade ,, I just wanna read my emails ,, easy

Hello, user_7f9fyg. It's important to us that you're able to access your Comcast email. Can you tell me a bit more about how you're accessing your email and any error code or message you're receiving? Are you able to account your email logging in via Xfinity Connect?

I want to know why my emails are coming on my Windstream account. I want to close my Windstream account. I cannot find my comcast email account so I cannot close my Windstream account.  Please note I have been trying since I started with Xfinity I have not been able to find my Xfinity/comcast app.  This is a joke. Why am I paying you and Windstream for the service. It's costing me $600.00 a month. Which acct should I close?  This issue has been since I started with you. I have chatted and chatted, but nothing is working. I have trying to speak with someone, but I am not getting anyone to speak with, I am being told to chattttttt.  As you can see, I am not a happy person.  Either I get this resolved with Xfinity today or I am canceling my business. We can't troubleshoot your Windstream account.

Your comcast.net emails can be found here: 

If your comcast.net email is showing up in your Windstream account, chances are they are being forwarded there.  You'll need to check your comcast.net settings in webmail.  Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner of the webpage and then on Email Settings.  In the left pane click on Auto Forward.  If there is an email address there, remove it and the check mark.
