Hi there, @user_ywy166 To access Xfinity emails older than 2016, you'll need to check your trash and archive folders for any recovered emails. If you're using a desktop email client like Outlook, you might need to configure it to sync with the server using IMAP and potentially adjust settings to view older emails. -Richard

I’m having the same issue, mine only go back to 2017 and I started with Comcast back in 1999. I need to have my old emails restored as well, I never deleted them.

Hello, @user_lq9xn7! Were you able to try the steps @XfinityRichard posted above to access the older emails? If you don't see them in the archive or other folders, this step shows how to recover emails, https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/recover-deleted-email. That will bring back all emails we have on our servers and put them into a folder in your email box.
