Where did the rest of my emails go?

I did the switch over to Yahoo.com from Xfinity Email (comcast.net) today on 5/26/2026. There was a PDF in the comcast.net emails that were ticket confirmations to the Sight & Sound Theater in Lancaster, PA. I CANNOT ACCESS THIS EMAIL ANYMORE AND THE TICKET CONFIRMATION EMAIL DID NOT TRANSFER OVER TO YAHOO.COM.

My show is on 5/27/2026, and I need that email to show my access to the show. What happened? You said everything would transfer but I cannot find my email for this show. Joshua is the live production, and it is scheduled for 11 AM on 5/27/2026.

user_4y5baw Here is a great link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/yahoo-email-migration-overview that will go over the transition process. Let us know if this helps. Yes, most email attachments will be moved to Yahoo Mail along with your other emails. However, email messages with attachments totaling more than 25 MB will not be moved. You’ll be notified if you have an email at risk of being deleted and have 30 days to retrieve the email.
