Where is my email

I know I don’t use it often, but why can’t I log into My Comcast email

Here we go again.... Email is down.  Xfinity why does this happen at some point almost everyday?

Logging in online, there is no error message. I log in and have received no emails since Wednesday. In Mail on map I got an IMAP error message about the password being incorrect. Same on my iPhone, same on my android phone.

I've been unable to see my email on my laptop.

Could you give us more details?  Are you trying to go to webmail or have you transitioned to Yahoo! Mail?  Are you using a third party email app?  Are you getting any error messages and if so what are they?
