If you got Comcast/Xfinity service before June 2024 and you are asking about a Comcast.net email address, see https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/how-to-access-email-account. If that doesn't work, see https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/email-activity-status.
If you got Comcast/Xfinity service after June 2024 you probably don't have a Comcast.net email address, since that's when they stopped issuing them -- see https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/account-email-information.
