Whitelist A Domain

Hello, Any emails from our HOA is going into the spam folder. I have added their email address to my address book. I have selected "not spam " multiple times and the emails are still going into the spam folder. I need for Xfinity to whitelist the following domain @ascenthoa.com

@user_y8svc6 The only other possibility is there is a spam filter set up. You can manage those following the steps outlined here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/spam-filters-and-email-blocking-new-experience

If that doesn't work and you believe they are blacklisted you can open a ticket with our Customer Security Assurance team at https://spa.xfinity.com/help or by calling them at

@XfinityMatthew

Thank you Matthew. I had already followed the suggestion you had provided to me. I was going to call The Customer Security Assurance Team phone line for help but in the meantime, our HOA Property Management Company switched to a new platform. After their updating to the new platform, their emails are no longer going into my spam folder.

Thank you for your help!

user_y8svc6 Traditionally even with the transition to a new hosting platform for the email, the domain is still the same, which is the name after the @and before, that is what the filters are detecting on a base level when relaying that information. The IP address is also factored in, but at a root level, the domain of the email is what is looked at first when scanning.
