whitelist an e mail address

I am finding different information on comcast sites on how to whitelist an e mail address. Some say it can't be done and the best one can do is add to comcast's safelist. However, no other e mails will go through. On another comcast page, it gives instructions on how to add the spammed e mail address to an address book and the very last sentence states and then "add to whitelist"-with NO instructions on exactly how to whitelist. I'm totally frustrated. All I want to know is --is it possible to tell my comcast xfinity e mail to allow an e mail address into my inbox, not get spammed, but it also allows the rest of my e mails to go into my inbox.

... the very last sentence states and then "add to whitelist" ...

What page did you find that on? I have not been able to find that.

See https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/protect-xfinity-address-book and https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/email/how-to-prevent-email-from-going-to-the-spam-folder/602dafffc5375f08cd1ec7b9.

Hi Bruce. Thanks for the reply. The info I mentioned  was sent to me by the company whose donotreply address will not go into my inbox. I assumed it was on a Comcast site and I couldn't find it either. The only place I could find the exact info they sent me via a screenshot I found at https://www.google.com/search?q=how+to+whitelist+emails+in+comcast&sca_esv=599842512&ei=lrmqZcOPJJ2V5OMPsLSGkAs&ved=0ahUKEwjDsujyhOqDAxWdCnkGHTCaAbIQ4dUDCBA&oq=how+to+whitelist+emails+in+comcast&gs_lp=Egxnd3Mtd2l6LXNlcnAiImhvdyB0byB3aGl0ZWxpc3QgZW1haWxzIGluIGNvbWNhc3RIAFAAWABwAHgBkAEAmAEAoAEAqgEAuAEMyAEA4gMEGAAgQQ&sclient=gws-wiz-serp

It was on a search page, not in a Comcast site. I can't find any info, via Comcast about how to whitelist an e mail. I've even called their customer service department and the rep couldn't answer the question and someone will call me back in 24-48 hours.

This company whose emails don't go to my inbox won't even consider the idea that it is a problem with their Appfolio software, and it's either my fault or Comcast's fault. I am currently on a "suspension" list with their Appfolio people and the only way to get me off it is to show them that I whitelisted this particular e mail address and that whitelisting didn't work either. Previous to this, I turned off my spam filters, had them send something via their address and it didn't go through.

Thank you! "Click Save to save and whitelist the contact" is a bit confusing. I think it means "Clicking 'Save' saves and whitelists the contact", or perhaps "Click Save to save and to whitelist the contact". The links I posted earlier seem a bit clearer to me.
