Why am I continually being prompted for email password on WiFi, when it is fine on 5G?
Most of the time when I am on my work WiFi or a hotel or cruise ship WiFi, I am continually prompted for my password on my Comcast email accounts. But if I bounce back to 5G, it no longer prompts me and loads my email. (I have multiple Comcast accounts, so this does bring on a huge issue for me)
This issue is getting worse and worse, and I am concerned for an upcoming trip, where I won’t have the option for switching over to 5G.
i have checked the third party settings, and am 99% sure, I have the settings correct.

We would be happy to do some troubleshooting @nsochie
Please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
