@cds2727 Our team is here to help!

Can you tell us more about what happens when you try to send an email?

Are you seeing any error messages or error codes?

When was the last time you received an email?

Is it all emails or certain emails?

How are you accessing your emails? Are you using an email client, an app or a website?

We can't help you unless you give us more details.
  • How are you trying to access your email? through the website or a third party email app like Outlook,Thunderbird, or Apple/Mac mail? or through a device like your phone, or iPad, etc.
  • Are you getting any error messages, and if so what are they?
  • Have you migrated to Yahoo! Mail? you'll need to login here: https://login.yahoo.com or https://mail.yahoo.com with your comcast.net credentials.
  • If you're a new Comcast customer, you won't have a comcast.net email address.

I am not a Comcast Employee.
I am a Customer Expert volunteering my time to help other customers here in the Forums.

Hi there @kdtotzke Thank you so much for reaching out on our Xfinity Community Forum about not receiving your emails, I'll be happy to assist.

If you're only receiving spam emails, it may be due to your email settings or filters. First, check your Spam folder to ensure legitimate emails aren't being misclassified. You can mark emails as "Not Spam" to help train the filter. Additionally, consider setting up email filters to manage incoming messages better. If the issue persists, ensure that your email address is not blocked by the sender's provider. You can also check your Email Safe List to confirm that important contacts are included.
