why can't I get into zoom meetings with the VA?

Have you tried using a different browser?  Zoom does best with Chrome.

Could you post a step-by-step description of what you are doing and what goes wrong?

As I read your post: The subject line sounds like a zoom problem.  The all-caps 2nd sentence sounds like certain specific emails won't open.  The last sentence sounds like your laptop doesn't connect to any email at all.  (Which kind of implies to me that maybe email works fine on a desktop????)  Each one might have a different fix/workaround - for example the last might be worked around by using info from the email on the desktop to login manually on the laptop.

By the way, I zoom using the Zoom app and don't use a browser at all.  There are lots of methods and variables I guess.
