@user_vw3l6g Thank you for making us aware the "Compose" button isn't working for you via Forums. I would be more than happy to help figure out a solution to this problem you're experiencing. Is this error appearing when using one particular device or are you having this issue with all of your equipment?

I'm experiencing this exact problem.  This IMHO should not be occurring.   So, what changed in the software that we now have this problem.

Thank you for reaching out on our Xfinity Community forums @Howardc2.

To help us better understand what's happening, could you share a few more details about your setup?

Are you accessing your email through a web browser or through an email application on a computer, tablet, or phone? If you're using a browser, which one are you using?  ( @Again has already helpfully pointed out that if you're using a browser, there are some steps you should try!)

When you click Compose, does nothing happen, does the compose window briefly appear and disappear, or do you receive an error message?

It would also be helpful to know whether this is happening on just one device or across multiple devices. Any additional details you can provide will help narrow down the cause and identify the best next steps.
