why is comcast email crashing

I am using a MacBook Pro laptop with a - Sequoia 15.5 - every time I open the mail icon - it is crashing. So I can't access my comcast email. I need to access it!

It sounds like you are using a third-party Email client to access your Xfinity inbox. Please try accessing your Email directly through our site and let me know if it was successful.

@user_8zn39m , we are still here to help. You mention having issues with the Mail icon on your device. If you pull up a web browser and visit the link provided by @XfinityEmilyB, are you able to sign in and view your mailbox?
