Why is nothing working in the accounts pages?

I am trying to find out where to go to turn on email for my other accounts. But nothing is working! All the pages are blank or do not exist. WHAT IS GOING ON?

If you are a new customer you will not be able to create new email accounts, but you can create Xfinity ID's.  Comcast stopped issuing email addresses in June 2024 and email is currently being migrated to Yahoo! Mail.

First off, that was NOT the question.

The question was how to access controls for my other 6 emails which are very important to me and NOT to lose since I have many accounts with those and  if I lose those I won't be able to log in.

Also, your pages do NOT work in FireFox anymore and should.

Finally, this Yahoo stuff, most people think it's a scam and your phone techs know nothing about it.

Hey there, MacLady! We appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention regarding your attempt to access all your other email accounts from XFINITY. Have you tried a different web browser and cleared the cache and cookies from the web browser history to sign back into the accounts again? If so, could you please confirm which other web browsers were used?
You can also find more information regarding our new email experience at Upgraded Email Experience. We look forward to assisting you!
