Why is there no email?

I have not received email since Sunday and I get email every single day. I can only send. The only email I received was yesterday from this forum telling me I earned a badge. 

what is Xfinity doing to fix this?

@user_lt9gzc It looks like you had enabled SafeSender list, which restricts who can send to you.  See if you get email now.

I don’t recall changing that setting. I did try adding an email address to the safe list already there - after I stopped getting emails. In any case, thank you for figuring this out. I did get new emails for this morning just now along with a new test email. Whatever I was supposed to get yesterday hasn’t shown up yet.

@user_lt9gzc​ Unfortunately, enabling that list results in a "permanent failure" being sent back to the sender.  I can get you the sender and subject of the messages, and I will send that to you in a DM.
