why isn't email downloading from server

email just stopped downloading, got a message about server error.. its been 3 days now with NO email...no settings were changed, and i've checked everything thats been suggested

Can you tell me a little more about what's happening? Are you not getting updates through the web portal (https://xfinityconnect.email.comcast.net/), or is this happening with a third-part mail application? What sort of server error message are you seeing?
