Xfinity Connect no longer receiving new emails
I have not been able to receive emails from friends/family to my inbox since 3/7/2024.
I can send new emails without any issues and for some reason spam emails are continuing to be received.
I checked that forwarding is off and I am not seeing any filtering setup
Need to get this resolved before going on vacation!!

I finally figured out that there was a weird rule that got setup with ______ for its name
