https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite <----- try here. However, if you are a relatively new customer you won't have a comcast.net email address. Comcast stopped issuing those a couple of years ago, so you will have to get an email address somewhere else, like outlook.com, gmail.com, yahoo.com, etc.
