XFINITY EMAIL INBOX WON'T LOAD ONCE LOGGED INTO ACCOUNT
Hi, when I log into my xfinity account my inbox is just empty. I'm waiting for rebates from xfinity mobile for being a new customer that have been sent to my xfinity email address and so far the newest email I see is from when I had xfinity mobile from 2017. If anyone has any thoughts on how to refresh or start getting current emails loading in my inbox that would be greatly appreciated.
I did verify that the rebates are going to my xfinity email address, but when logging in to the web user interface the inbox is simply just empty?
