All of a sudden, I Have to download all files received in an email

We are aware that certain files cannot be viewed but have to be downloaded.  No ETA on a fix as of yet.

@Again Answer was ok, but the words 'some files' doesn't apply.  The words 'all files' must be downloaded is more appropriate  Another question is, this issue has never been a problem before, why all of a sudden, is it so hard to be fixed?

Greetings, @user_zly86f! Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum about this email issue. You have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

Thank you for clarifying what was happening. There have been a lot of new security enhancements implemented recently, both on our end and by the web browsers and mail programs we use to interface and access email. It could be one of these new enhancements creating a conflict that was not previously an issue. Are you getting any errors along with this new file download requirement, by any chance? Have you tried accessing your email from a different web browser or mail client to see if the issue was happening universally?

Thank you for responding to my email issue. I am not getting any errors with this 'download' requirement.  I have tried accessing these files with another web browser, and it's not necessary to download the files. They can be seen, printed, and used as expected. The error I'm getting is:

    An error occurred while loading the document so it cannot be displayed.

    Please download the file using the button below. (Download (107kb)

@user_zly86f

Are you saying that every kind of file you receive has to be downloaded or just .pdf files have to be downloaded.  You should be able to see image files with View, but .pdf files, right now, have to be downloaded.

There is no ETA on a fix for this problem.
