XFINITY EMAIL QUESTION

I used to live in U.S. and I retained my Xfinity email account when I moved back to U.K.. I can login to my Xfinity email account and send and receive emails as usual. However, I access my comcast.net email account on my laptop through Outlook. As of 01/03/24, and after many years with no issues, I suddenly stopped receiving comcast.net emails in outlook. I constantly receive a pop-up prompting me to enter my comcast password even though this password has not changed. I have made no changes to my comcast.net account settings in outlook. Incoming mail server is unchanged as imap.comcast.net with port 993, and Outgoing mail is smtp.comcast.net port 465. Just wondering if you're aware of any Xfinity mail server issues/changes that might be causing problem Thank you.

Please send a direct message, we will be happy to take a look.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?

To send a "Direct Message" message:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
