Xfinity email

I received an email pretending to be from xfinity. Said xfinity email was going away April 14th and wanted me to click on something to upgrade. I didn't click on anything.  I have heard that xfinity will be no longer support Xfinity email but don't know when. My question is, when is Xfinity email going away?

Thanks for reaching out to us,  when your account is ready to be able to be transferred over the Yahoo you'll get a notification on the steps you need to take if you do want to process that transition.

If you log into the Xfinity app if the transition to Yahoo is ready you'll see it when you sign into the Xfinity app
