Xfinity spam emails
I am not sure if your company is aware, but there are spam emails going out with your company logo saying the payment was declined. I get a myriad of these emails and at least once a day. Please look into this as can become a legal issue if not eradicated.
Thank you,

Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to Xfinity Support here on our Community Forum @ERICAC. We are so glad to hear from you and happy to help in any way that we can with your email concerns. Spam and phishing emails are two malicious tactics employed by cybercriminals to deceive individuals and organizations into divulging sensitive personal or financial information. While both involve unsolicited emails, their strategies differ slightly.
Here at Comcast we do have a team specifically here to ensure that our customers are being provided with a safe internet experience. Our Customer Security Assurance (CSA) team are security professionals that are tasked with safeguarding customer information and preventing cyber threats. They handle a wide range of security issues, including phishing attempts, spam, malware infections, online fraud, and password reset problems. Additionally, they enforce acceptable usage policies, such as DMCA notices and copyright infringement claims. By addressing these security challenges, professionals help protect customers' personal information and ensure the integrity of online services.
The best way to combat these types of scams and attempts would be to report the incidents directly at internetsecurity.xfinity.com/help/report-abuse.
