Xfinity suddenly stopped downloading email from Xfinisty website to Thunderbird on my desktop

When I try to "Get Messages" while in Thunderbird, I get a message that says: "This site attempts to identify itself with invalid information. Identity Unknown. This certificate is not trusted because it hasn't been verified as issued by a trusted authority using a secure signature. It also says "Location: smtp.comcast.net: 465.

lrobinspdx Thank you for reaching out for help with your Thunderbird email not pulling from your Comcast email address.  It sounds like you may need to update your settings in Thunderbird. If you check out the Email setup page you can see the settings you need to adjust. The email setup section will help show you where you need to go to do that update.
