Xfinity Support Needed for Email

Recently a lot of my emails were archived into a new folder labeled with my email address under "my folders". A ton of my emails are missing.  I need them for proof for travel insurance reimbursement.  They are not in the trash or in recovered deleted emails.  They are just missing.  Can someone please help.  We are talking about thousands of dollars!! I was going to migrate to Yahoo but am afraid this may risk making things worse and not better.

Note that migration to Yahoo! Mail is optional at this time.

Not yet, they did a restore of my email and it would appear that Xfinity has lost a chunk of my emails from Feb through Sept 2025.  I will call them again tomorrow.  Thank you
