xfinity support

I sign in to xfinity web and after signing in I go to  inbox and I keep getting a continues loop "We are now loading your email".

I've been having this same problem since Saturday/Sunday. Yesterday I got a text message from xfinity saying there was a problem in my area and they are fixing it. Shortly after I got that message within about an hour or two email was working. I thought everything was fixed then about 3 to 4 hours ago email started doing the same thing again. Xfinity just text that the issue was solved but email still not working.
